Gentle Sun Salutation Warm Up

Easing into the sun salutation and ending with a breathing exercise to help you breath more fully.

All these sesions are designed to be a gentle warm up for body and mind but please remember we are all different and on different days our bodies will feel more or less able. I’m not in the room with you so listen to your body, take it slow and if something doesn’t feel right stop and rest.
