Beginning in relaxation pose then working through lower and upper body warming up for the day ahead. Ending with a short guided meditation.
All these sesions are designed to be a gentle warm up for body and mind but please remember we are all different and on different days our bodies will feel more or less able.
I’m not in the room with you so listen to your body, take it slow and if something doesn’t feel right stop and rest. You are responsible for your practise when using these videos so please get in touch if you have any questions.
