Focusing on your body, how it feels when you sit, stretch and breathe. Spirit Salute is a flowing warm up routine stregthening and stretching your body from head to toe. We end with a breathing exercise to calm and help you use your lungs more fully.All these FB sesions are designed to be a gentle warm up for body and mind but please remember we are all different and on different days our bodies will feel more or less able. I’m not in the room with you so listen to your body, take it slow and if something doesn’t feel right stop and rest.
