Anuloma Viloma Alternate Nostril Breathing

This breathing exercise helps balance the energy through our body and relaxes the mind by regulating the breathing and giving our busy mind a focus.

It is worth having a clean tissue close by as it can clear the sinuses.

If at any point this exercise feels uncomfortable stop and breath calmly and smoothly through your nose or mouth.

Studies have shown this exercise can lower blood pressure slightly and can be helpful if you have high blood pressure however if you have low blood pressure already you may want to seek further advice before practising.
